中国智装场景产业大会亮点纷呈 美好云课题组成立暨战略签约

2018年12月12日，由中国室内装饰协会智能化装饰专业委员会（中室协智装委）主办，斯卡雷特健康科技（北京）有限公司联合协办的智能家居行业年度盛会——智装场景产业大会在北京希尔顿逸林酒店隆重举行。本次年会将凸显“赋能产业，智汇生活”主题，通过四场场景对话来展现行业最新发展成果，引领建筑装饰全产业链智能升级、科学发展。年会上【中国美好云课题组】成立仪式暨战略签约成为大会的一大亮点。

年会当天上午中国智装场景产业大会进行了一场媒体见面会，邀请各界人士进行一场智装场景讨论的探讨，在见面会上斯卡雷特健康科技（北京）有限公司董事长钟兵斌先生向在座的媒体朋友介绍了联合云项目对行业发展的重大意义。

年会开始阶段，中室协智装委主任金永涛表示，本次大会是在国际环境发生重要变化以及国内经济转型、产业升级、供给侧亟待优化等新的条件下举行。委员会将继续以智装场景为行业发展视角和工作抓手，以“新生活·新场景·新产业”为主题要素，继续深度推进建筑装饰全产业链与智能行业跨界融合，并着眼国家发展新战略，重点赋能家居、社区、康养文旅地产、新型城镇化、田园经济、共享农庄等发展载体，着力推动我国人居产业全面、深度、高度繁荣发展。

年会中邀请了人工智能、智能门窗、联合云、背景音乐、智能助眠、安防和有关行业组织等圈层优秀代表参与美好生活跨界论，此次论坛由中室协智装委副会长金永涛主持，参与嘉宾有人工智能教授黄广斌先生、泉州施米德智能科技有限公司总经理林木水先生、斯卡雷特健康科技（北京）有限公司董事长钟兵斌先生、中山市艾呦呦智能家居科技有限公司陈姚华先生、安防协会理事长靳秀凤先生，其中对智能家居联合云，钟兵斌先生表示，智能家居联合云是通过打造智能家居开放生态而形成的技术，将在产品、销售、服务、互通方面进行突破，形成未来任一公司 APP、智能音响、机器人管家、人体感应等设备都可以对全屋所有不同品牌的智能设备实现操控。

同时钟兵斌先生在圆桌论坛上谈到斯卡雷特公司三大布局：行业模式创新、资源整合、资本运作。通过打造创新的智能家居开放生态模式，助推中小智能家居企业高速发展；通过发起成立跨界的【中国美好云课题组】，联合更多中小智能家居厂家共同发展；通过实业加资本的组合，实现生态伙伴更大的资本价值。在斯卡雷特公司创办前，钟兵斌先生曾全程主导集团公司在纽交所成功上巿，时任集团副总裁、亚洲区总裁，拥有较为丰富的资本运作经验，及较强的资源整合能力。

接下来的活动是【中国美好云课题组】成立仪式暨战略签约，【中国美好云课题组】是由斯卡雷特健康科技(北京)有限公司联合中国室内装饰协会智能化装饰专业委员会、中国亚洲经济发展协会装配式建筑委员会、中国建筑装饰协会设计委员会、中国国际经济合作学会供应链金融委员会、中国智能产业集成服务联盟、北京德美瑞展览有限公司等八家平台型机构，共同发起成立的一个围绕智能家居行业发展的跨平台、跨领域的跨界组织。【中国美好云课题组】在成立初期定下三大主要工作目标：重新定义智能家居行业新格局；合力打造智能家居开放生态；共同推进智能家居联合云项目。在年会上【中国美好云课题组】展现了智能家居行业的"三新"价值观：视野新——PC电脑、移动终端到智能家居递次引领时代的新视野；思维新——人与物迈向物与物对话的智能新思维；格局新——开放与封闭二元生态的共存新格局。

China Intelligent DecorationScene Industry Congress Bright Spots,Establishment and Strategic Signing ofWonderful Clouds Project Group

On December 12, 2018, the annual grand meetingof smart home industry, the Smart Decoration Scene Industry Conference,co-sponsored by Circulate Health Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., was grandlyheld in Hilton Yilin Hotel, Beijing, hosted by the Intelligent Decoration Committee of China Interior Decoration Association. The theme of "EnablingIndustry, Intelligent Life" will be highlighted in this annual meeting.Through four scene dialogues, the latest development achievements of thecurrent industry will be displayed, leading the intelligent upgrading andscientific development of the whole industry chain of architectural decoration.The inauguration ceremony and strategic signing of the China Wonderful CloudsResearch Group at the annual meeting became a highlight of the conference.

On the morning of theannual meeting, a media meeting was held at the China Smart Decoration Industry Conference. People from allwalks of life were invited to discuss the Smart Decoration Scene. At the meeting, Mr. ZhongBingbin, chairman of Circulate Health Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.,introduced to the media friends present the great significance of the Union CloudsProject for the development of the industry.

At the beginning ofthe annual meeting, Jin Yongtao, director of the Central Chamber Association'sIntellectual Apparel Committee, said that the meeting was held under newconditions, such as important changes in the international environment,domestic economic transformation, industrial upgrading and urgent optimizationof the supply side. The committee will continue to take the smart decorationscene as the perspective of industry development and the focus of its work.With the theme of "new life, new scene and new industry", it willcontinue to promote the cross-border integration of the whole industry chain ofarchitectural decoration and smart industry, and focus on the new nationaldevelopment strategy, emphasizing the development carriers of home, community,recreation, culture and tourism, new urbanization, rural economy and sharedfarms. Efforts should be made to promote the comprehensive, deep and highlyprosperous development of China's human settlements industry.

At the annual meeting, outstanding representatives of artificial intelligence, intelligentdoors and windows, Union Clouds, background music, intelligent sleeping aids,security and related industry organizations were invited to participate in thecross-border theory of a better life. The forum was chaired by Jin Yongtao,Vice-Chairman of the Central Chamber Association Intelligence DecorationCommittee. Mr. Zhong Bingbin, Chairman of Circulate Health Technology(Beijing) Co., Ltd., Mr. Chen Yaohua, Mr. Chen Yaohua, Mr. Jin Xiufeng,Director of Security Association of Zhongshan Aiyi Smart Home Technology Co.,Ltd., and Mr. Zhong Bingbin said that Smart Home Union Clouds is a technology formed by creating an open ecology of Smart Home, which will be used inProducts, Sales, Services,and interworking. Breakthroughs in interoperability will lead to the future of any company's APP, intelligent audio, robothousekeeper, human body induction and other devices can be controlled by allthe different brands of intelligent devices in the whole house.

At the same time, Mr.Zhong Bingbin talked about three major layout of Circulate Company in the roundtable forum: industry model innovation, resource integration and capitaloperation. By creating an innovative open ecological model of smart home, wecan promote the rapid development of small and medium-sized smart homeenterprises; by initiating the establishment of a cross-border [China WonderfulClouds Research Group], we can unite more small and medium-sized smart homemanufacturers for common development; by combining industry with capital, wecan achieve greater capital value of ecological partners. Before the foundingof Circulate, Mr. Zhong Bingbin led the group successfully on the NYSE. He wasvice president of the group and President of Asia. He had rich experience incapital operation and strong ability of resource integration.

The followingactivities are the Establishment Ceremony and strategic signing of "China WonderfulClouds Research Group". The "China Wonderful Clouds ResearchGroup" is jointly established by Circulate Health Science and Technology(Beijing) Co., Ltd. and the Intelligent Decoration Committee of China Interior Decoration Association, the Assembled Architecture Committee of China AsianEconomic Development Association, the Design Committee of China Building Decoration Association and China International Economic Cooperation. TheInstitute's Supply Chain Finance Committee, China Intelligent IndustryIntegrated Services Alliance, Beijing Demerit Exhibition Co., Ltd. and  othereight platform-based organizations jointly initiated a cross-platform,cross-domain cross-border organization around the development of smart homeindustry. [China Wonderful Clouds Research Group], at the beginning of itsestablishment, three major objectives were set: redefining the new pattern ofsmart home industry; jointly building an open ecosystem of smart home; andjointly promoting the smart home union clouds project. At the annual meeting,the "three new" values of smart home industry were presented: newvision - PC computer, mobile terminal and smart home, which lead the times stepby step; new thinking - intelligent new thinking of dialogue between people andthings; new pattern - coexistence of open and closed dual ecology.
